Arctic 1000
Arctic 1000 is a cold flow promoter designed to maintain the flow properties of Diesel and Biodiesel in engines and tanks during extreme winter conditions.
It is suitable for use with road fuel (DERV) and Gas Oil with Biofuel contents of up to 50%.
Arctic 1000 can extend the minimum temperature at which the fuel can be used without flow problems as follows:

Arctic 1000 can be modified on request to meet more vigorous winter climates where temperatures may regularly drop to below -30 degrees C
Key Product Features;
- Should be dosed in tanks prior to addition of fresh fuel to aid mixing.
- Is a preventative maintenance product and cannot reverse the condition of fuel that has already gelled.
- Has no direct impact on engine performance, but it is compatible with other Stratus Energy products such as Multiplant HD, Fuelguard and Powergen that improve the properties of Diesel and Biodiesel in a range of applications.
Where Summer grade Diesel is mixed with Winter grade Diesel, the protection offered by Arctic 1000 may be changed - if in doubt, please contact Stratus Energy for technical guidance.
